別再當「餓」人 健康輕食餐
文章出處：台北市立聯合醫院提到減重，相信大部份民眾都會說「少吃多動」。但有許多人做法卻是「餓肚子」，堅持只要不吃就一定會瘦。尤其各類媒體常報導或在親朋好友間聽到，某某人用斷食法減多少公斤、某某女星只吃肉類瘦很多公斤，恢復窈窕身材…等。但是不正確飲食習慣會日積月累對身體造成傷害。「意志力偶爾也需要放假」，既然不可能一直ㄍㄧㄥ著餓肚子，與其少吃不如學習如何吃得正確。

【4種方法緩解眼疲勞】
①眼珠運動法：頭向上下左右旋轉，眼珠也轉動。
②眨眼法：頭向後仰並不停眨眼。輕微疲勞只要做2~3次即可。
③熱冷敷交替法：一條毛巾浸熱水，另一條浸冷水，熱敷約5分鐘再冷敷5分鐘。
④看遠看近法：看遠方3分鐘，再看手掌1~2分鐘，再看遠方，上網玩手機的趕快試試吧！

Create an alert that's not too specific. Start with a few "broad" search criteria (e.g., select a province rather than a city, or select multiple cities/regions rather than just one city). If you find you're getting too many jobs, you can always narrow your search parameters (e.g., select some keywords). You'll receive fewer jobs, but they'll be more suited to what you want.
Set a wide salary range:
If you're inputting salary details, give a healthy range. You don't want to miss a great opportunity because your salary expectations are set too high.
